Strange Problem with Lenovo Laptop ?

Hi All,
My cousin bought Lenovo Laptop (i've asked for the model no. from him) last month for 26 K. All things are working fine EXCEPT when he plug-in the charger, the touch-pad stops working or the cursor moves at a very-very slow speed. When the charger is removed all works fine...Strange? Because of this problem, my cousin had to use USB mouse when the laptop charger is on. Quite Annoying.
Any Suggestions for this strange problem ?

Since the laptop would still be under warranty I would suggest your cousin to take it to the service center and have them take a look at this.

I have a feeling it has to do with the "Power Manager" driver.

Model No. is Lenovo-3000 G400 204823Q. One More query : Does this support 5.1 channel output???

AFAIK it does not support 5.1 channel output.
